Join us on Tuesday (August 1st) weather permitting for a fun community oriented group paddle at 8:30PM. We will be meeting at South Beach in South Haven to paddle on Lake Michigan. Our goal with these FREE monthly full moon group paddles is to provide a community resource to help veterans, first responders, their families, and our community to stay emotionally, mentally, and physically well through these wild times. Community and exercise can be so instrumental in healing and therapeutic in many aspects of life!
